Richard Irish entered a plea of nolo contendere to second degree forgery. See Neb. Rev. Stat. 28-603(1) (Reissue 1985). The district court for Dakota County accepted Irishs nolo contendere plea and sentenced him to a 1-year term of imprisonment consecutive to Irishs sentence to imprisonment for his manslaughter conviction which occurred before sentencing on the forgery charge. We affirm.
